For their 55th Anniversary, New York created a limited edition tote bag to be sent with each subscription purchase. We wanted to showcase the people and effort required to achieve 55 years, so we shot the “behind-the-scenes” of the people and props that help create New York Magazine.
Using New York’s popular “Lookbook” series as a starting point, we photographed New Yorkers in Bryant Park with our promotional tote.
We commissioned illustrations from Gabe Acala for a campaign targeting subscribers who recently canceled. The illustrations showed a variety of characters interacting with New York products.
To promote The Cut’s Spring Fashion issue on social media, I scanned copies of the magazine to highlight the breadth of the issue.
